This website is operated by Darvin LLC under the name Darvin Kitchen ("Darvin Kitchen," "we," "us"), based in Bradenton, Florida. By using the site, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site or submit the form.
What information do we collect?
We collect what you submit in our consultation form, plus technical data that your browser sends automatically.
Information you give us
- Name, phone number and email address
- City and ZIP code
- Your project goals and the budget range you select
- Any comment or other details you choose to write
- Information you share if you call, text or email us
When you submit the consultation form, the details you type are sent from the site to our website server, which emails them to us; a copy may also be kept in our hosting account so that a request is not lost if email fails. The form button press is recorded as an analytics event (see below) only after the server has accepted your request. If the form cannot be sent, the site opens your email app with the message filled in instead; in that case nothing reaches us until you press Send in that app. By sending the form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Please do not put payment card numbers or government ID numbers in the form.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising providers may receive your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location and how you interact with the site. This includes whether you click our phone number or email link, or submit the form.
Which analytics and advertising tools does this site use?
The site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. Google Tag Manager loads and manages the other tags. Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages are useful. Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., helps us measure the results of our advertising on Meta products and may help show our ads to relevant audiences.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies and send data to Google and Meta, which handle it under their own policies: how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Meta Privacy Policy.
This site does not currently ask for your consent before these tools load. They start when a page opens, as our Cookie Policy explains. The events we send name an action, such as a phone tap, an email tap or a form button press; they are not meant to include the details you type into the form.
How do we use your information?
We use your information mainly to respond to your request and to improve the site.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your consultation request and your project
- To operate, secure and improve the website
- To measure how visitors use the site and how well our advertising works
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
Who do we share information with?
We share information only with providers that help us run the site and our business, and with the analytics and advertising partners described above. We do not sell your name, phone number or email address. Our analytics and advertising tools (Google and Meta) receive browsing data from your device, which some state laws treat as sharing for advertising. See the Cookie Policy for choices.
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Meta
- Website hosting, form-processing and email providers
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized
How do cookies work on this site?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This site may use cookies that keep pages working, cookies that measure traffic, and cookies that support advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work differently.
What choices do you have?
You can limit tracking through your browser and through the opt-out tools below.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta: review ad preferences in your Meta account settings, described in Meta's Accounts Center help.
- Interest-based advertising: use the opt-out tools of the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Browser settings: block third-party cookies or clear cookies at any time.
This site does not currently respond to Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" signals, so use the choices above to limit tracking. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing darvin941srq@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires. Some states, including California, give residents privacy rights over personal information. Whether a given law applies to Darvin Kitchen depends on its terms; if you email us, we will review your request under the law that applies.
How long do we keep information?
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires. Consultation requests and project records are kept for as long as they are useful for responding to you and running our business. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics provider.
How do we protect information?
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send payment card numbers or government ID numbers through this site.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for adults who own or manage a home. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
This site links to third-party sites, such as Instagram, YouTube and government pages. We do not control their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Please check it when you return. See also our Terms of Use.
