This website is operated by Darvin LLC under the name Darvin Kitchen ("Darvin Kitchen," "we," "us"), based in Bradenton, Florida.

What is our goal for this website?

We want people to be able to use this site in different ways and with different tools, including screen readers, keyboards, voice control and screen magnifiers. We review the site and make improvements as we find problems or hear from visitors.

Where might you run into problems?

Some parts of this site may be hard to use with assistive technology, and we have not yet had the site tested for accessibility. The pages were built from a visual design on a layout that scales to the width of your screen. That approach can limit how well the site works for some people. Possible problems include:

  • Text size and zoom: the layout scales with the window, so browser zoom or larger text settings may not rearrange the page the way a standard web page does.
  • Images: our catalog pages rely heavily on images, and some images may not have a full text description.
  • Keyboard and screen reader use: interactive parts such as the menu, the FAQ sections and image sliders may not work equally well with every keyboard or screen reader setup.
  • Animation: some pages use animated effects when they load or as you scroll.
  • Other websites: we link to sites we do not control, such as Instagram and YouTube.

What are we doing about it?

We review and improve the site as we update it. We write new pages in plain language with clear headings and aim to use descriptive link text. When you tell us about a barrier, we look into it and fix what we can.

How can you get help or report a problem?

Call 941-276-8548 or email darvin941srq@gmail.com. Tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and, if you know it, the device, browser or assistive technology you use. We will try to give you the information another way, or to take your project request by phone or email instead of through the website form.

Does this statement mean the site meets WCAG or the ADA?

No. This statement describes our intent, not a certification. We have not tested the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), a widely used set of web accessibility guidelines published by the W3C, and we do not claim that the site meets them, any other accessibility standard or any legal accessibility requirement.

Where can you read more?

This statement changes as the site does. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We update this statement when we make changes, and the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
